From the 27th of March 2020 AUSKEY will be discontinued. Any services you access with your Auskey such as the Business Portal or the Australian Business Register will now only be accessible with MyGovID.
MyGovID is a secure online identity that is specific to each person. Importantly each person obtains ONE MyGovID that is linked to a personal email and is accessible by that person only. It should be set up by individuals and not their employers.
The MyGovID is then linked to a business or entity that you may be an authorised associate or contact of. When you are no longer an authorised associate or contact of that business or entity your link is then removed.
It is also important to note that your MyGovID is not your MyGov account and the two are not connected.
